Ben’s story
In October I am running the Great South Run 2018, for a great cause that is very close to my heart and close to home, Crohn’s and Colitis UK.
Crohn’s has, especially in recent years, been a key player in my home life, withboththe most important Women in my life living with the condition, as well as other close family and friends. This has enabled me to understand first hand the struggles that accompany the disease and the day-to-day life as a carrier.
Crohn’s and Colitis UKare an incredible charity making a huge difference supporting life-changing research, personal care and awareness of the conditions to name but a few.

Christian’s story
I am running the Great South Run at the end of October for a great cause which hits close to home; Crohn’s & Colitis UK.
Crohn’s & Colitis both feature heavily in my life, with my wife, brother, mother-in-law and sister-in-law all living with either of the conditions. I have experienced first hand that living with these conditions can be a daily struggle, and nothing would make me happier than seeing their lives get easier and conditions improve.
